Senator Lindsey Graham says he simply said “hello” to elected Vice President Kamala Harris when he poked her with his fist in the Senate.
The friendly exchange was videotaped during a vote Tuesday on a Federal Reserve candidate, despite Graham’s allegations of electoral fraud.
“Just say hello. I haven’t seen her in a while,” President Trump’s most important ally told CNN’s Manu Raju. “If it works and you can do it, I tell her I wish her well and I’ll try work where we can. We’ll know here in about a month or less. “
Graham (R-SC), chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, has been accused of pressuring the Georgian Foreign Minister to cast legally cast ballots – an allegation Graham has described as “ridiculous”.
Graham said he recently spoke with electoral officials in several states about his concerns “about the integrity of the national electoral process when it comes to postal voting.”
