Vega is the main star of Constellation Lyra. If your birthday is between January 4th and 8th, your sun connects this beautiful sapphire star. Lyra the Harp constellation is located between 10º – 29º Capricorn. The sun adapts to this constellation every year from January 1st to 20th. It is the stars of Lyra that give the goat zodiac its aspirations, the urge to rise above mediocrity, and the need to be seen in the right places with the right people. This area of heaven longs for high status and wants to exert influence. Constellation Lyra Mythos; Mercury made a small harp with three strings and gave it to Orpheus, who used it to charm the beasts.
Jupiter put Lyra in the sky to honor Orpheus’ death. “There should be a harmonious, poetic and developed nature that loves music and is suitable for science and art, but is prone to theft.” Ptolemy said it was like Venus and Mercury. The theft will come from its associations with Mercury. The constellation obviously has a trickster element.
As you can see below, crime and punishment and a law in itself is also a feature of this star zone. It is said that when this constellation rises on a graph; “A man is born who investigates injustice and punishes the guilty. He will get to the bottom of the crimes by sifting through the evidence for them and bringing to light everything that is hidden under the silence of deception. Hence the merciless torturer is also conceived, the giver of punishment … “~ Manilus.
The Latin word fidicula, which is sometimes associated with this constellation, also means an instrument of torture. This explains the diverse mix of artists and media “Whores”and politicians alongside some sadistic killers. It has been mistakenly believed that the Australian Lyrebird has a tail that is shaped exactly like a lyre “Lie” was remembered on a postage stamp. This extremely shy bird is a hiding place indeed, it is famous for its extraordinary ability to mimic any species of bird and any sound. This is apt as its main star Vega is associated with presumption.
Blood is thicker than water, family honor, loyalty, music, theater, art and craftsmanship, wax lyrically, charm the birds from the trees, pied piper, pays the piper, songbirds, lullaby, hiding place, aspiring, social climber, class conscious, divas, wannabe , Fans, stalkers, admirers, high status, flash cars, impressive, political clout, gangsters, gripping, hungry for advertising, media whores, ancestral talents, dynasties, forging, forging, plastic surgery, perfection, idealism, the height of success, snobbery , Rags to riches, riches to rags, theft, criminal activity, torture, punishment, law to itself.
Stars of the lyre
The alpha star of this little constellation is a beautiful pale sapphire star named Vega found at 15º 19 ’Capricorn.“There is charity, ideality, hope, refinement and mutability, and makes its natives serious, sober, outwardly pretentious and usually lascivious.” “Vega is supposed to convey artistic talents primarily for music and acting, but also a penchant for the good life. For eccentric artists, this can lead to a bad life. Vega is said to be associated with Jupiter or Venus and pave the way to wealth and fame. However, when other influences play a role, this wealth can be lost again. “
The star seems to be associated with wealth, snobbery, and a certain presumption. Vega has high standards and likes to connect with the rich, glamorous and famous. It’s the ultimate wannabe who can either become a groupie or, at worst, a stalking fan. I would think this star has a knack for mimicry too (there are a surprising number of female impersonators) and also the kind of voice that can lull a person to sleep.
The other two major stars of Lyra are Sheliak: 18º Capricorn 53 ’and Sulaphat: 21º Capricorn 55 ’. I think these two stars may have less of Vega’s artistic Venusian talents and more Mercurial energy tendencies. So there are singers here, those who use their bodies as instruments, torch-lit singers, but also tormented souls or those who like to torture. Early depictions of Lyre have it embedded in a vulture’s chest.
Like Mercury, this bird is an ambivalent symbol, it can be protective and maternal, but also destructive. In nature, the scavenger can cleanse and cleanse, but it also deals with the dirty jobs that nobody wants to do. It has the vigilante feel. These are people who take the law into their own hands, like gangsters do. They do it for the “family” and protect their own blood. In their eyes it is honorable no matter who else has the courage to do so. You can see that mentality, I think, in Sulaphat and Sheliak, both stars falling around the vulture’s claws. These stars are tougher, more practical, and more practical than the more idealistic, visionary energy of Vega
Vega & the planets
“Great success is promised when Vega is positioned on the Asc or MC. Vega can be found in relevant aspects in the birth charts of statesmen, politicians and persons of importance. “ Crime avenger and responsible for public courts and investigations. If Saturn is in any way related to Vega when he stands up, the native will pursue that calling with fanaticism until he uses torture and executions to stamp out what he believes is evil. ”
Vega on the Ascendant seems to give it more of an edge and make it work like the stars in vulture’s talons. Perhaps this placement sums up all of Lyra’s energy as it is such a powerful position. For all of the stars here, it seems that the theme wants to use their creative talents to make the world a better place, and there is a political agenda behind their art. It is true that there are a good number of powerful figureheads here and people who stand up for a cause. Taylor / Burton Davison (12 ‘) *; Hollywood couple.
