Last week my husband came in while I was walking into town with a massage roller on my legs. Amazingly, the enema didn’t trigger any eye rolling – all I got was a confused eyebrow lift and an “excuse me”. I think he’s been with me long enough – and stepped into me with tons of weird products and tools – to know, not ask questions, and just guide me in my never-ending search for products that make me feel best . I often turn to things like makeup and skin care to find balance and enjoyment during stressful times in my life. Some people may turn to baking or documentaries. Even podcasts! I’m not here to judge just to sniff around to see other people practice self-care during strange times.

Turns out the new Victoria’s Secret Natural Beauty Treatment The collection, which is inspired by nature and offers four different fragrances and benefits, is the pick-me-up that nobody knew was needed. Here are the products to turn to when you need some R&R, from exfoliating to creamy washes.
