In my opinion, Charles Grodin on “The Heartbreak Kid!” Was the funniest performance an actor has ever given in a Hollywood movie. He once said to me: “If you like this movie too much, I’ll worry about you.” Apparently, Charles was spending too much time in therapy. Thanks for EVERYONE LAUGHING! pic.twitter.com/54RZsFHn4x

RIP Charles Grodin. Please check out “Midnight Run” if somehow you’ve never seen it before
– Ike Barinholtz (@ikebarinholtz), May 18, 2021
Just saw #MidnightRun last week. My god, he was so incredibly funny. Watch him investigate the “fake” $ 20. Or with DeNiro, who is visiting his ex-wife. Grodin steals the scene and does absolutely “nothing”. A strange genius. RIP https://t.co/SEiy1qf5cU

Oh shit. RIP Charles Grodin. You were the master.
See all of his films.
Read all of his books.
Watch all of his films again.
Then check out all of his Carson and Letterman appearances.

No better movie than Midnight Run and no one has ever been better on a talk show than Charles Grodin. He was a great actor and a brilliant performer.
Rest in peace sir.

RIP Charles Grodin. I had the privilege of working with him on an episode of SVU and it was wonderful to be with. He was particularly impressed to hear about the unannounced, extensive advocacy work he was doing for imprisoned women. He was very involved.

Charles Grodin was the standout in all of his films – which is amazing considering he starred alongside DeNiro. Loved him in Midnight Run, Heaven Can Wait, Ishtar, King Kong, Rosemary’s Bsby. But to me, in the old days, he’ll be Ira Parks forever. RIP, subtle legend. https://t.co/Ocek6y1ujP pic.twitter.com/TqEmJRtA4v
