A number of tech companies trade cheaper and “higher quality” than their big names, according to Bank of America, which selected several stocks in the sector.
Although the tech sector is currently “one of the most expensive sectors compared to history,” the bank’s analysts argued that small and mid-cap tech companies are “cheap versus large-cap competitors on most metrics.”
BofA’s investor guide for small and midsize tech companies, released on Monday, includes semiconductor, software, hardware, and internet stocks based on topics ranging from post-pandemic economic reopening to the current chip scarcity.
