As a trustee for the bankruptcy proceedings against the Real housewives from Beverly Hills attempted to dispose of his belongings in order to repay his many creditors and former clients, the assets of his law firm Girardi Keese were valued and the reason for his permanent role as a conservatory was revealed.

According to the tweet, Thomas’ law firm’s assets, including his “office furniture, artwork, memorabilia, office supplies, electronics, auxiliary equipment, wine, a 2011 Cadillac, scooter, piano, and other personal assets,” were from an auctioneer for between 50,000 and valued at $ 60,000.
While the trustee prepares the sale of Thomas Thomas company’s many items, his younger brother, Robert Girardi, has officially become his permanent curator, which makes him not only the administrator of Thomas, but also of his estate.
According to court documents obtained from Page Six on July 14, a “serious neurocognitive disorder” was listed as the reason for the final establishment of the conservatories.

Robert was named his brother’s Provisional Conservator in February after Thomas suffered a medical emergency. The following month, Thomas was diagnosed with late-onset Alzheimer’s disease and dementia.
According to another report shared by Radar Online on July 13, the trustee who heads Thomas’s bankruptcy case is asking Robert to appear in court for financial records and questioning.
In newly filed court documents, the trustee accused Robert of failing to appear in court to answer questions about Thomas ‘” Assets and Liabilities “and alleged that Robert was in possession of material critical to the case.
Items requested include any documents “relating to funds or assets that the debtor has owed since the 18th century.”
The judge has yet to rule on the trustee’s request.
